Beginner Yoga

This class is designed for anyone starting their yoga journey or simply needing a little help along the way. We will use many props and modifications to meet any student where they are. Each class will be unique to the attending students' needs, focusing on the foundations of alignment and breath control. Absolutely all levels are welcome! Book a Class!

Elevate

Are you ready to take your practice to the next level? This class will focus on a different aspect each week to strengthen and target key elements to find ease in more advanced postures. Each session will begin with breathwork and a floor warm-up followed by more intermediate level standing postures. Class will end with deep stretching and an extended savasana.

Gentle Yoga

Mildly low, gentle, loving, medicinal movements for your body. No rushing through to get to one to the next. Movement is medicine and just taking the time to move and open the body the way it is needing to that day is important. We don’t move fast. Some classes you will get up and down from the floor, some classes may call for just staying on the floor. Lets see how you feel that day. Be gentle to yourself.

This is an all levels practice which is great for beginners! Book a Class!

Heart Opener

Living in the tech age, with computers and phones our posture and the way in which we hold ourselves are greatly affected. This class is designed to counter our day to day of closed chest, slouchy shoulders, and sore backs. This class is geared to open the heart with focus on neck, shoulders, chest, back, and abdominals. This heart opener class is both energizing and expansive.

This is an all levels class but students will need to be able to get up and down from the floor. Book a Class!

Hip Opener

We all hear it and feel it. “Our hips our tight”.

This is the class for you. When there is little mobility happening in our hips due to a lot of driving or sitting for work, It truly effects the way we feel in our bodies, The Hips hold one of the most major muscles in the body, our Psoas. Our psoas connects our upper body from to our lower body and needs to be moved, stretched and strengthened in all directions.

In this class there will be focus on low back, hips, legs and down to the feet. This is an all levels practice where students will need to be able to get up and down from the floor.

Meditation

Yoga isn’t only about the body. We offer a guided meditation to help bring your awareness inward. This allows your brain to relax which in turn helps the body. These classes are extremely helpful for all people no matter your lifestyle, age, or level of involvement. These are free meditation but ALL Donations are gladly accepted! Morning Yoga

Deep Yoga is a 75 minute class designed for all levels. We connect to the breath, start with small movements and build from there. A nice mix of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin that will be sure to get your day started the right way! Book a Class!

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a more energetic type of yoga which is great for building strength and flexibility. If you’re looking for something a little faster paced (but still mindfully engaged), then Power Yoga is definitely for you.

Root to Rise

An all-levels yoga class designed to support your mind and body. Move through a balanced flow of poses, guided by breath, to build strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Perfect for yogis of all experience levels!

Sadhana

Sadhana is our full practice class. We start with breathwork, move to mat work and asanas, wind down with savasana, and end with a meditation. This class is an hour and a half long and worth every minute! Book a Class!

Sunday Reset

This class is a mixture of soft and slow to help you prepare for a new week while you usher out the old.

Unwind

In this class you will be guided through a practice of flowing from one posture to another elevating your heart rate while increasing your flexibility, strength, focus and calmness. This class ends with a lovely guided meditation for savasana. This is and all levels practice, but students will need to be able to get up and down from the floor. Book a Class!

Yin

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga as exercise. It incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles. Yin is done exclusively on the floor/mat and is known to help work in the deeper connective tissues. This type of yoga is great for increasing flexibility. Book a Class!

All of our classes are offered at $20 for drop-ins, and you can be booked by anyone at any time. You have the option to purchase your spot online or reserve it and pay in person. Simply select “pay Later” when booking and we’ll take care of the rest before class begins.
