• Gentle Hatha (60min)

These classes are offered free to everyone and donations are NOT required, but we have put out the proverbial “bucket” to make sure you all know that we will happily accept your donations! This money will be used to compensate our amazing staff for their time and knowledge as well as to help the studio flourish. We love having this space to share with you all and we can’t wait to see you on the mat!
