It is that time of year again for Llamaste’s 3rd annual Toy Drive benefitting the kids at CASA of Tarrant County. Each year we gather to bless the children of CASA with an offering. This year Stephanie will be leading a breathwork and yoga nidra practice. If you plan to attend please bring an unwrapped gift of any age group, your mat, a pillow, blanket (we have some too)and anything else you’d like to have with you for your breathwork/yoga nidra experience.
