Join Nikki (NIKKI.SPEAKS) for a Tribal Dance and Zumba fusion at the Llama!

These classes offer a form of varying dance styles/ movements/exercises that encourages people to express themselves through the dance styles of their culture. I also incorporate drums, dance sticks, and other instruments that can be used during the class.

Zumba dance moves are blended into the class as well. It's an immersive experience that promotes unity, togetherness and healing through a variety of ethnic music.

The first class starts at 2PM, the second class starts at 4PM.
