We are collecting toys to donate to TexasCASA! These toys will be sent to many foster children in hopes that they can have the best Christmas possible!

All toys and proceeds will be donated to this amazing organization on the 17th of December, so even if you miss the workshop, you can still donate a toy or cash!

This workshop is a Yin Yoga Nidra which is slow and stretchy to allow the body to prepare for the Nidra. The 1 hour Nidra is a guided deep relaxation which is said to be comparable to 4 hours of REM sleep! This is great for the mind and body. We hope to see you here!

The cost of this workshop is 1) Donate a toy, or 2) $40.00 (which will be donated to CASA).
