This Meditative Experience will lead you through setting intentions to meet or release things you’ve been holding on to physically, mentally, or emotionally. We will use breathing techniques to help start the experience and Stephanie will perform Reiki sessions and finish with drumming out each individual attendee and will end with a Reiki Holy Love guided meditation experience. The event should take two hours from start to finish.
