We invite you to join us for a peaceful evening of imagination, relaxation, and connection at our Kids Meditation & Chill session on Thursday, May 30 at 6:30 PM.
This special guided imagery journey is designed just for kids, helping them unwind, explore their creativity, and learn simple mindfulness tools they can use anytime. Parents are warmly invited to join in and share the experience with their child.
Open to kids of all ages - bring a blanket or pillow if you'd like to get extra comfy!
