This cacao ceremony is an invitation to slow down, turn inward, and connect more deeply with ourselves and our community. By sitting in ceremony with intention, we create space for clarity, healing, and emotional release.
This gathering aligns with the February 1st Full Moon. Full moons offer an opportunity to reflect on what we wish to release and what we are ready to welcome into our lives.
This ceremony will include sharing this sacred drink together, setting heartfelt intentions, gentle movement to awaken the body, and spending time in quiet reflection. There will be time for journaling or sharing to honor your individual experience and insights in a supportive and uplifting space.
